Modern Shelter was graced with the award of Fastest growing Real estate company in the just concluded Nigerian housing Show 2020, The company's managing partner, Abdulmalik Mahdi noted that the firm’s target this year is to deliver 57 units in July 2020 in Katampe and Gwarimpa and about 100 units in Galadimawa. He revealed that in the next 5 years, the company sees itself delivering a minimum of 1000 units every year and each 6 months.
